v0.0.9 2 Oct 2026 · 2 changes Latest

Getting ready for the first members

  1. Your account now remembers when you registered and when you confirmed your e-mail address, and the place you lived in at that moment. This is how we will recognise the early members who help launch their city.
  2. Coming next: the registration form will ask for your place of residence and confirm that you are 18 or older.
v0.0.8 1 Oct 2026 · 9 changes

New look & English and Dutch

  1. New look across the whole site: calm, spacious pages with condensed headings, square line-drawn cards, sage green as the single action colour and a consistent set of icons.
  2. Every page rebuilt in the new style, from the public pages to sign-in, registration and your own member pages.
  3. Simpler header: Home, Activities, Open Bench, Buddies and About us. Once signed in, one "My dashboard" button takes you to your own pages.
  4. FriendShaping is now available in English and Dutch. Switch with the EN / NL toggle in the header; the language is part of the web address (/nl/…), so links you share open in the same language.
  5. Without a choice, the site follows your browser language and remembers what you picked last time.
  6. Preferred language: choose it when you register and change it in My profile. After signing in, the site opens in your language.
  7. Messages on forms and at sign-in appear in the language you chose.
  8. Legal pages are still in English only; in Dutch they show a short notice saying so.
  9. Your dashboard has a new header with today's date and a sign-out button.
v0.0.7 24 Mar 2026 · 7 changes

Password reset & clearer sign-up

  1. Forgot your password? Request a reset link by e-mail and choose a new one. For your privacy, the site never reveals whether an e-mail address has an account.
  2. After registering you see a clear "check your e-mail" page, and confirming your address tells you right away whether it worked.
  3. Change your password on its own page, reachable through a new tile on your dashboard.
  4. If your password doesn't meet the requirements, the registration form now explains why in a clear message.
  5. The sign-in page has a link back to the home page, and the logo takes you home too.
  6. Dates are entered in the familiar day/month/year format.
  7. Clearer success, warning and error messages throughout the site.
